The District level Rozgar Mela for 12th qualified vocational education students under NSQF program was organized by DPC Samagra Shiksha Panchkula under the aegis of Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad at Govt Sr Sec School Ramgarh Panchkula. The chief guest of the event was ADC Panchkula cum Chairperson Samgara Shiksha Panchkula Smt. Varsha Khangwal (HCS) who inaugurated the event in the presence of Deputy Director Samgra Shiksha Smt. Indu Dahiya, DEO Panchkula Sh. Satpal Kaushik, DPC Panchkula Dr Kulbhushan Sharma, Smt. Sanju Sharma (Principal GSSS Ramgarh), Smt. Anu Sharma (APC).
The Rozgar Mela has been organised to give impetus to the employment initiatives being taken by the state Govt. It is one of the important initiatives under NSQF to promote vertical mobility of students after schooling. Approximately 300 12th qualified students and 15 employers from 9 different sectors which included Reliance Digital and retail, Maruti agency Caretaker, Lakme Beauty Salon, Ramgarh Fort, EClerx, Shastrang Martial Art academy, Shine and Standard outsourcing agency for Paras and Max hospital etc. were invited for selection of students in Beauty and wellness, Automobile, Agriculture, Banking ,financial services and Insurance ,Health Care, IT/ITeS, Physical education and Sports ,Retail and Tourism and hospitality .
